went to their site to by this and clicked on "purchase via paypal". it actually brings you to and they want 3 dollars extra to use paypal through them.(wtf?) also they have selected by default "yes i also want this on cd-rom" at .99 and biggest regsoft scam "extended download availability" at .99 is also selected.misleading. they just lost a sale. a pity as its a good fit for what i want.

the "this little tennis game rocks" reviewer below only ever wrote this glowing review. highly suspicious, particularly since the game actually sucks: you can get much better value for your .

well,i guess that for xp os it's the time to r.i.p.there's no reason to span the use of an os over two decades.then, if someone argue that windows 8 is just for tablet i reply: if you leave it intact with no tweaking / customizations yes you're right.but as i use no tablet nor i will, i tweaked the windows 8 in order 2 remove all the metro things it allowed me (nearly 100%).i'm a fanatic of the free of cost cloud computing, seeing it like a way to not buy internal / external hd, optical discs (cds, dvds, blue-rays), optical disc burners, etc.reviewing ms office 2013: moreover of some metro ui it's pretty much like its predecessor (2010) at first glance.points of disadvantage:1) it comes with just a small web installer (the complete suite is downloaded by the installer itself, not by the final user).2) outlook database for email addresses imap/smtp configs is still the 2010's old one; mozilla thunderbird has a huge database with almost any email server available on the earth. why ms don't use the same db as per the mozilla's one? who knows.these are my reasons to give it just 4 stars instead than a full 5 star rating.

well worth buying esp. the family edition for 5pc's (.95 = 21 to me) which i'm going to invest in - it does make a difference even on a fast pc.@jcollake - my review below was ott - sorry about that, it didn't come out the way i meant it - the point i was trying to make was just if you like process lasso buy it you won't regret the purchase & it's not expensive.

absolute 5 stars. really, i don't care about the gui, all i want is a product that can do it's job fast and good. 7zip is that kind of product, not like winzip, wich is slow and don't even compare with the compression of 7zip, oh! but it have a nice gui! i don't care! what is the secret of a good and fast product? minimal gui. comparing winzip with 7zip is like comparing edward (twilight) with blade... really! edward(winzip) is all shiny and all... but blade kick vampires ass!

here we go again. new version, new problems with things that used to work.all the 12.x releases have regressed with their flash performance. flash videos smear down the page when scrolling.sites that worked in 11.64 and 12.01 don't work here. also be warned that the bookmark star(address bar) instant crash is backon the bright side, it does feel quite a bit snappier. i know it's an early alpha but this new pattern of releasing broken major versions only to try and address them in a maintenance build soon after is not something i am enjoying having to deal with@zeropoint, major releases that became finals have been rather piss poor. 10, 10.5, 11, 11.5, 12 were major releases that in "stable" form were anything but. the maintenance releases that followed them corrected some things that should have been in the finals in the first place. this alpha is heading in the same direction of breaking things while adding new "buggy" features. testing new things is fun but having things that worked before break is not very progressive. most people who are testing opera over at the blog are still using 11.64 as their main browser yet the opera team is moving towards another major release in an already broken version

decent, but not enough configuration options, especially when it comes to privacy.

i began using the alpha of this in december 2008 and thought i'd found heaven for vista. the great experience continued thru the betas, but then i installed this "final release." and since then, i've seen more bsods over the past couple of weeks than i saw across years of xp and even the crappy old vista. another perfect example of microsoft taking 2 steps forward and 3 steps backwards. having before seen it so few times, i honestly had little idea what the bsod was until installing this piece of crap. i now know it well. oh, and there have also been 3 "hardware failure" shutdowns since installing this so-called final release. bottom line: this release is infinitely less stable than the alphas & betas of it over the past several month. user beware. i do not recommend this download.
